What are the steps for approval to become a Philly Dawgz Franchise?

1) Receive and review initial Franchise Information package.

2) Complete and return page 23 of the UFOC and Personal profile in the pre-addresses return envelope. By signing page 23 you are under no obligation. It is a law that this document is signed and returned, simply meaning you have received and read the UFOC.

3) Upon preliminary review by the Franchise Sales and Development department, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your Franchise Information and status of your approval or disapproval to proceed with our orientation and approval process.

4) You will receive a phone call from one of our Franchise Development Representatives who will discuss your goals and objectives and help define the next steps required with our approval process and your development goals.

5) Your Franchise Development Representative will meet with you to review your goals and objectives and to discuss the market for development.

6) We will arrange a realistic job preview, which is designed to give you a basic overview of our operating system.

7) You will receive a franchise application form to be completed by you and any and all operational or equity partners.

8) We will define the market area for development and the restaurant opening schedule, which will be the basis for the area development agreement. Upon execution of the area development agreement, you will begin working to identify locations for submission.

9) Upon identification and acceptance of locations, you will be sent Franchise Agreements and execution.

10) Upon execution of Franchise Agreements, you will begin the restaurant opening process, utilizing all aspects of our support and service network.
